Via Harena | 2019

It’s been a joy staging all model homes for Homewise since 2014. This home is the Mimosa floor plan within their Tessera community and was one of four homes I staged for the 2019 Haciendas - A Parade of Homes. This showhome won in two categories, Best Outdoor Space and Most Efficient.

To best complement the style of the home and floor plan, I chose a transitional style — a blend of traditional and contemporary furniture and decor for a timeless look. The dark tile flooring, gray carpeting, and dark wood beams called for lightness in the decor to balance the tones. I went with a color palette of cream, soft blue, and natural green to brighten and soften the space.
