I believe harmony is critical when staging a home. For this two-story showhome from Homewise, I brought elements of color and texture that carried throughout every room — in the artwork, pillows, place settings, bedding, and furniture. The result is a home that feels balanced and cohesive. A buyer is able to see each space as part of a whole, gaining an appreciation for the overall impression of the property.

To highlight the beautiful built-in features of this home, I chose a color palette that complemented the rich bronze, tan, and gray tones in the stacked stone fireplace and the backsplash in the kitchen. Of course, one of the best features of any home in New Mexico is the stunning blue of our Southwest skies. Not only do I bring in colors to complement that feature — both indoors and out — I arrange furniture and decor to highlight the view whenever possible.
