This lovely, Southwestern style home is located in the Las Campanas community. It had so many things going for it—including vigas, a kiva fireplace, and a unique rotunda library. The owners were downsizing from this large, 2,800 square foot home to a 1,000 square foot apartment in another town, but unfortunately, they were faced with attempting to sell their home at the onset of the pandemic. After dealing with multiple shutdown delays as a result, my team and I were finally ready to begin the work of staging, only to be hit with a major snowstorm.

A good home stager must always know how and when to adapt and adjust to the unexpected. So when my team was down one mover as a result of the storm, I rolled up my sleeves and helped move the staging furnishings from our truck and into the home. Once staging was complete, the home went on the market. Within three days, the home had multiple offers, one of which was happily accepted.
